I wrote "All That I Am" while sitting in satsang with Swami Shyam in 1998 realizing that bliss and pure consciousness was my true existence.
"Gurudev" was written the year after as I deeply connected to my Guru Swami Shyam and felt his presence remind me of my Guru essence.
"Everlasting" was written on the way to a funeral of a good friends father as I shared the knowledge that in truth there is no death and the Life we are is always Everlasting.
I produced "All That I Am." "Everlasting" and "Gurudev" with musical angel Krishna Rose on vocals and Mahatma Das doing instruments/engineering. I hope you enjoy the uplifting music which many have told me creates a deep sense of meditation".
Coloring Dreams - This is a song I wrote while living in the English countryside in 1971. Mike Garson and I had been writing many songs together as he began what was to become a 25 year gig playing and touring with David Bowie. Mike was recording Aladdin Sane with Bowie when he got the band together with the exception of Bowie and recorded this song with a singer friend of ours at the time known as Ina Moxie Brown
Anaand - This is bliss in Sanskrit and is a song I wsrote in India after being inspired by a talk my guru swami Shyam had given. I wrote the music and lyrics and perform all instruments except there is also an overlay of piano by my friend Alan Wade (Datta).
Amaram Hum Maduram Hum (I am immortal,I am Blissful) Chant is a chant I wrote based on my Gurus mantra. The music was created in India by a wonderful musician Hiradiya who plays violin. This call and response chant lasts about 23 minutes and really will raise your vibration. There are many wonderful musicians and singers who contribute their love in participating on this chant.
Ocean Voyage - This is an acoustic improvisational piece I was inspired to write when with my son Ariel when he was 7 and we did a transatlantic trip on the QE2. Close your eyes and feel the movement!
The Angel Of Love - This song was inspired after having a vision of an angel and how it touched my heart. It was recorded with friends in India.
Music for Meditation -
Brian combines the sounds of an Indian instrument called a swasangum with the undertone of a monk chanting OM and the inner movement of the heart sings with the voice of a hunting violin the music deepens your inner death as it reduces outside distractions and helps turn your attention inward even deeper the tones themselves were specially chosen to enhance the opening of the heart and stillness of the mind.
