As I listen to Mariah Carey's song "Shake It off" I am reminded of the new children in the Clear Minded Children's Program begun this week. I watch as the children are learning how to honor the energy inside them and shake it off in healthy ways. I love watching their faces as they learn they are not diseased because they have life energy flowing through them in abundance. They discover instead they are blessed with life energy and can redirect it to creative, productive and educational channels when they take the false labels of ADD and ADHD and "shake it off' . If you only heard how they hate losing their appetites and feeling nauseous from their medications or are not able to sleep, you would begin to understand the damage this massive drug experiment is having on our next generation. Friedrich Nietzsche said "Whoever is dissatisfied with himself is always ready to revenge himself therefore we others will be his victims'". I dread how these children told they should be dissatisfied with who they are and put on all these cocaine-like drugs will end up getting their revenge on their parents, teachers and doctors who so horribly forced them to take addictive and toxic drugs as they were told they are "broken". As the U.S Department of Justice Drug enforcement Agency (DEA) reported "Ritalin is a Schedule II stimulant ,structurally and pharmacologically similar to amphetamines and cocaine and has the same dependency profile of cocaine and other stimulants" I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to help these kids and parents find another way that is life supporting. non-drug oriented and teaches these kids practical skills to use their abundance of energy in creative ways so perhaps the revenge that will one day occur as our society wakes up to this horrible tragedy will be reduced. I am also happy to announce that I will begin training other interested professionals and parents in these techniques so that our future generation has a chance at being medication free and self empowered.
